VMP Raises CNY 100 Million in Series C+ Funding to Expand Advanced Metal Powder Manufacturing

New investment will support Phase 4 industrial park development and next-generation materials and equipment R&D

XUZHOU, Jiangsu, China, October 2026 — We are pleased to announce that Jiangsu Vilory Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. (VMP) has completed a CNY 100 million (approximately USD 14 million) Series C+ equity financing round, with investment from Jiangsu State-owned Capital Investment and Suneng Co., Ltd.

The proceeds will support the development of Phase 4 of the Jiangsu Vilory New Materials Industrial Park, alongside research and development of next-generation materials and equipment. This investment marks another step in our efforts to expand manufacturing capacity and meet growing demand for advanced metal powders.

We are also preparing for a Series D financing round, targeting CNY 300–500 million to support further production expansion and advance our preparations for an initial public offering.

Building on a Strong Foundation

With the completion of this round, our cumulative financing has reached nearly CNY 800 million. In December 2025, we completed a Series C round of nearly CNY 310 million, achieving a post-money valuation of CNY 2.11 billion.

VMP is recognized as a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise under China’s program for specialized and innovative businesses and participates in a pilot reform program overseen by China’s State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC).

Phase 3 Facility Enters Production

Our Phase 3 automated manufacturing facility has entered production, with more than 10 electrode induction melting gas atomization (EIGA) production lines. An integrated distributed control system (DCS) and a next-generation manufacturing execution system (MES) enable automated production management and detailed process traceability.

We have also expanded our testing center, accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), to support the demanding material performance requirements of consumer electronics and semiconductor applications.

Phase 3 introduces additional capabilities in titanium recycling, high-precision feedstock preparation for metal injection molding (MIM), and rotating disk atomization (RDA), broadening our manufacturing capabilities across multiple processes.

These investments strengthen our ability to supply titanium alloy, superalloy and specialty aluminum alloy powders for applications in aerospace, commercial space, new energy, consumer electronics, AI thermal management, embodied robotics and medical implants.

Advancing Phase 4 Development

Development of Phase 4 of the Jiangsu Vilory New Materials Industrial Park is progressing. Designed for highly automated, lights-out operations, the project will expand our capacity in aluminum- and copper-based powders and introduce further applications of artificial intelligence in materials R&D and manufacturing.

Planned additional annual production capacity includes 3,000 metric tons of titanium powders, 5,000 metric tons of copper powders and 2,000 metric tons of aluminum powders, alongside additional capacity for high-strength steel powders.

Through these investments, we are expanding our manufacturing capabilities and strengthening our ability to support customers as advanced metal powder applications continue to evolve.
