On October 20, the newly constructed Wailly R&D and Testing Center was officially inaugurated and commissioned. The new platform boosts product R&D and quality verification capabilities.
The R&D and Testing Center covers a construction area of over 1,000 square meters. Integrating the two core functions of research & development and quality inspection, it houses more than ten specialized laboratories including the physical property laboratory, mechanical testing laboratory, powder performance testing laboratory and multi-functional laboratory.Equipped with more than 40 sets of precision testing instruments such as a new scanning electron microscope, inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer and high-frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer, the center delivers testing capabilities spanning physical examination, chemical analysis, micro-morphology characterization and mechanical property measurement.Meanwhile, the team keeps improving its professional competence and optimizing its age structure, providing solid technical support for full-process quality control of products and full-lifecycle R&D innovation of materials.
VMP will continue to uphold its quality culture of “Quality Powder, Crafted with Dedication”.
