Since September, VMP has steadily rolled out a series of Quality Month activities to foster a strong atmosphere where everyone safeguards quality. Three special training sessions have consolidated the theoretical foundation of quality management. Quality knowledge contests and skill competitions facilitate learning through competition and sharpen expertise through practice. All quality teams have strived to make breakthroughs on core indicators of metal powders. Relevant experience and outcomes have been integrated into the corporate standard system. Data is accumulated via the digital platform to drive steady improvement of key indicators.
Quality is not an isolated task confined to a single link, but a systematic project running through the entire value chain. VMP embeds quality control across R&D, procurement, production, testing and delivery. Focusing on core powder indicators, it has established a full-process traceability mechanism covering supplier evaluation, incoming raw material inspection, process window confirmation and product release.Leveraging the digital platform and AI models, quality data is centrally aggregated to enable online data collection, trend analysis, anomaly early warning and closed-loop corrective actions. Taking data as the benchmark for quality decisions, VMP keeps quality ahead of risks and builds consistency into every powder particle.
